We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and settle in comfortably. Please take this time to enjoy a refreshment and snack, ensuring you are fully relaxed and prepared for your service. Upon arrival, please park in the designated area near the building entrance. Remain in your vehicle and call (330) 691-8216 for entry. To maintain a serene atmosphere, only individuals with appointments are allowed inside. For any special considerations, please reach out to us at (330) 691-8216. We kindly request that you arrive with clean and sanitized hands and feet.

Payment OptionsWe accept both cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payments. Please note that a 1.5% fee is applied to all credit/debit card and electronic transactions (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Chime). We recommend using Apple Pay or cash for a seamless experience. *Cash App is no longer accepted.

A $20 deposit is required for all scheduled services, which will be applied to the remaining balance at the conclusion of your visit. For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at (330) 691-8216. *Cancellations must be made at least *24 hours in advance to retain the deposit; otherwise, it will be forfeited. We allow an *8-hour courtesy window for rescheduling appointments. If you reschedule within this timeframe, your original deposit will be credited to the new appointment without additional fees. Requests made outside this window will incur a $10 rescheduling fee, payable at the time of your rescheduled appointment. Please communicate directly with your technician under such circumstances. Please note, deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you anticipate being late, please inform your technician to avoid any inconvenience. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will incur a $10 fee, added to your remaining balance. Without prior communication, appointments may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late. To avoid late fees and potential cancellation, please contact us at (330) 691-8216. Please note, deposits remain non-refundable in such cases.

When booking with Supremely Gifted Nails, you may notice that many of our services are listed as "prices vary." This reflects our commitment to providing a customized experience; the final cost will be determined after a personal consultation during your appointment. The listed price represents a starting point, and may increase depending on the specific enhancements or details you choose. To receive a precise estimate, you may submit a photo of your desired nail design along with your preferred appointment date and time by clicking "Contact Us" and attaching your image.

New clients are encouraged to arrive with natural nails, free of enhancements, acrylic, or gel, for the best experience. If you are unable to remove previous work done by another technician, please book a foreign soak-off service in conjunction with your appointment.
